What do I get during the 14-day Pro Trial?
Every new signup automatically gets 14 days of Monitor-equivalent access — 20 channels, 100 AI chat queries, unlimited on-demand briefs, customizable weekly briefs. No credit card required. After 14 days you drop to Free unless you upgrade.
What's the difference between Monitor and Agency?
Monitor is built for solo operators or a single in-house team tracking competitors in one vertical. Agency adds everything teams serving multiple clients need: 5 team seats, 75 channels across clients, shareable co-branded briefs, Slack + webhook alerts, priority scan, and 90-day alert history.
What can I do on the free plan after my trial ends?
Monitor up to 5 channels, receive a weekly brief every Monday, and keep 7 days of alert history. AI chat and on-demand briefs are lifetime-limited (6 and 1 trials respectively). Enough to stay lightly in the loop; not enough for professional client work.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Annual customers get a prorated credit when upgrading.
What does 'timestamped proof' mean?
Every alert and brief item includes a link that opens the source video at the exact second where the information appears. Your team (or your clients) can verify any claim in one click.
What types of events does CiteClip detect?
Launches, pricing changes, partnerships and integrations, policy or terms updates, and risk signals like accusations or controversy.
How do I sign up for Enterprise / Enterprise+?
Use the Talk-to-us CTA — it opens an email to hello@citeclip.com. Enterprise customers get input on the source roadmap and a 4-hour SLA on the dedicated support channel. We onboard manually so we can tune detection rules + source mix to your specific competitive set.
Why is multi-source only on Enterprise?
Each new source (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) requires a paid third-party data provider plus engineering time per integration. Pricing it into Enterprise lets us fund the rollout without raising costs on solo / agency tiers. Once a source is stable + cost-efficient, it rolls down to Agency.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. Enterprise+ may have a 30-day notice period if a custom integration is in active development.
